Insha Allah our Annual General Body meeting will be held on Sunday the 28^th October 2007 at 10:00 a.m. At MESCO Educational Complex Mustaidpura, Karwan Road, Hyderabad – 500006

2. Condolence Resolutions.

 

3. Confirmation of the minutes of the last Annual General Body Meeting held on 25^th Sep 2005.

 

4. Presentation of Audited Accounts for the Financial Year 2006-2007

 

5. Presentation of Budget for the F/Y 2007-2008

 

6. Presentation of Annual Reports by Hon. Secretary.

 

7. Presidential Address, by Hon’ble President.

 

8. Vote of thanks.

 

9. Dua.
